Being Black in P.E.I.: Meet Rogan Power, proud to be a Black Islander

Rogan Power came to the Island with his mother for a visit when he was three. They made it their home, and he believes the acceptance and strong community on P.E.I. made him proud of who he is — and proud to be Black.
