Funding provided by the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (the Agency) is now available to help the public and Indigenous groups participate in the federal environmental assessment for the proposed Joyce Lake Direct Shipping Iron Ore Project, an open-pit iron ore mine located in Newfoundland and Labrador, northeast of Schefferville, Quebec.
