Early voters in U.S. facing long lines, COVID-19 concerns

Early voting in the U.S. election began Tuesday with long lines in Texas, one of the few places in the country not allowing widespread mail balloting during the pandemic. Georgia, meanwhile, saw a record turnout on Monday.
