Tribunal Finds Injury—Wheat Gluten from Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany and Lithuania

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today found that the dumping of wheat gluten, originating in or exported from Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany and Lithuania, has caused injury to the domestic industry. Anti-dumping duties will therefore be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency. The complainant in this case was ADM Agri-Industries Company of Windsor, Ontario.
