N.L.’s COVID-19 travel ban decision to be appealed, Canadian Civil Liberties Association says

The Canadian Civil Liberties Association says it is appealing a Newfoundland and Labrador Supreme Court decision this summer to uphold the province’s COVID-19 related travel ban because it says Canadians have a constitutional right to move freely within their country.
