Tribunal Issues Determination of Reasonable Indication of Injury—Concrete Reinforcing Bar from Algeria, Egypt, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today determined that there is a reasonable indication that the dumping of concrete reinforcing bar from the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Republic of Indonesia, the Italian Republic, Malaysia, the Republic of Singapore and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam has caused injury or is threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry.
