Media representatives are advised that the Minister of Environment and Climate Change, the Honourable Jonathan Wilkinson, will make an announcement regarding carbon-pricing-proceeds going to improve energy efficiency for Ontario schools. He will be joined by the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, the Honourable Catherine McKenna.
