Blue Jays pick up option year on manager Charlie Montoyo’s contract

Toronto Blue Jays GM Ross Atkins confirmed on a video call with reporters that manager Charlie Montoyo’s option year has been picked up by the team Tuesday. Montoyo has been with the team since he signed a three-year deal in 2018.
