Governments of Canada and Saskatchewan invest in pulse starch research

Today, Canada’s Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food Marie-Claude Bibeau and Saskatchewan Minister of Agriculture David Marit announced $2.5 million in funding for research led by the University of Saskatchewan into new opportunities for starches from pulse crops.
