Tribunal Continues Orders—Refined Sugar from the United States, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the European Union

Ottawa, Ontario, August 6, 2021—The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today continued its orders made on October 30, 2015, in Expiry Review No. RR-2014-006, concerning the dumping of refined sugar originating in or exported from the United States of America, Denmark, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, and the subsidizing of the aforementioned goods originating in or exported from the European Union.
