Jessica Rickard says it took months and multiple visits to Health Sciences North (HSN) to finally be diagnosed and treated for bronchitis. She’s not alone in her experiences as an Indigenous person who’s sought help from the Sudbury, Ont., hospital, which says it is “dedicated to providing a culturally safe environment.”
