Teen pleads guilty to 2nd-degree murder of Hamilton student Devan Selvey

Devan Selvey was stabbed to death behind Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School in Hamilton on Oct. 7, 2019. He was 14 years old. The teen charged in the case entered a surprise plea Monday.
