An impressive 80 per cent of eligible Canadians have had at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. That statistic points to a troubling fact, however: more than six million Canadians still haven’t had a shot — at a time when experts say we urgently need more coverage to beat back a surge of cases in the fall.
