Judge to rule on mental fitness to stand trial for man accused of Lapu-Lapu Day murders

A judge in Vancouver will rule on whether Kai-Ji Adam Lo, accused of killing 11 people in a car-ramming attack at the Lapu-Lapu Day festival in April, is mentally fit to stand trial on murder charges.
