CIPO and the European Patent Office to formalize their Patent Prosecution Highway program

The Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) and the European Patent Office (EPO) have announced that the Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) program between the 2 offices will become permanent on January 6, 2021.
