Figures from Public Health Ontario show that more than a third of COVID-19 deaths in Ontario are adults 60 and over who aren’t in long-term care. Advocates, health experts and seniors in Ontario themselves are calling for older adults in the community to be vaccinated for COVID-19 sooner.
