China grants Canadian officials consular access to Michael Kovrig, but not to Michael Spavor

China has granted Canadian officials in Beijing on-site virtual consular access to detained Canadian Michael Kovrig but not to his fellow detainee Michael Spavor, Global Affairs Canada said today.
